OUR AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
1.Automatic weighing machine
All productions are automatically weighed, conveyed and dumped under computer control. The material is sealed in the whole process, clean, pollution-free and safe. The control accuracy is high, and the defects of other batching methods such as wrong weighing and inaccurate weighing are fundamentally eliminated.
Main features: high precision (error less than 0.5 g/cup), high efficiency, low labor intensity of workers, and low dust for environment.
2.Robot Arm Machine
The manipulator cooperates with the press machine and automatic weighing machine to complete weighing and feeding material actions. Accurate feeding material , high efficiency and safety.
3.Grinding machine
It is a multifunctional grinder integrating slotting, chamfering (right angle and bevel), rough grinding and fine grinding, with high grinding accuracy (up to 0.005mm). It can automatically flip, Deburr and do Ash removal.
4.Automatic Self-powered stamping
We are the first domestic company to import a continuous stamping production line and a full-automatic press machine, with high stamping accuracy and a bright band over 85%.
5.Using central air-conditioning in the whole factory and maintain the stability of production performance
Under the use of central air conditioning, it is good for factory to maintain the stable control of the overall temperature (employees and mechanical equipment, etc.), ensuring the control of production time, and achieve effective control of workshop dust, which is able to ensuring stable quality control.
